4.2 Data Offloading
If you do not select a hosting and maintenance subscription, or if your subscription is cancelled or lapses, all databases and associated data will be offloaded to you in a standard export format. We will make reasonable efforts to coordinate this transfer promptly. After confirmed delivery of your data, we will delete it from our servers within thirty (30) days.
4.3 Data Retention During Active Subscription
We retain your CRM data for as long as your subscription remains active. We may also retain backups for up to thirty (30) days following cancellation to facilitate data recovery before final deletion.
